Biden has an easy guideline in managing the country.

It’s Biden. The market and the money just doesn’t want to follow a senile loser.
It is all interrelated IMHO too much uncertainty and without 1+ trillion in funny money to keep things rolling I think you will see a flight to safety.
Still, I have never seen such instability and volatility in the 50 plus years of paying attention. We have gone from highest just over a month ago after a recovery to now reflecting the market of late summer.
We don’t know whether we are afoot or horseback.
