Absolutely agree. A good part of the deterioration of the black family is due to the way Democrats drafted the welfare elements of the War On Poverty under Johnson. It stated that single-parent families receive higher benefits than when both parents are not present. Come on, idiots, people respond to economic incentives. Result: 72% of black children are raised in single-parent homes. Stop and think: What if we paid more when BOTH parents are present? I think that's a start in the right direction.
