Report: Democrat Party Leaders Prepare for Red Wave in 2022 Midterms
Breitbart ^ | Dec 19, 2021 | NEWSRAEL

Posted on 12/19/2021 10:44:17 AM PST by JerusalemOne

- “My goal is — even if it’s slim, if it’s by one — it’s keeping control of the House and adding at least one or two more to the United States Senate - “If we’re in the 10 to 20 [loss of House seats] range, that will be better than we thought.” - “I don’t see any way we keep the House.” - “I’m scared. We need to get the vote out, and in the midterms, it’s hard.”

Breitbart reported today that Democrat Party leaders are lowering their expectations for the 2022 midterms and bracing for a future wherein Republicans control both the House and Senate, according to a Politico report.

After interviewing over 24 state party chairs, strategists, and executive directors, Politico determined that the Democrats “are reframing the 2022 election as a defensive effort.”

Rather than keeping their majority in the U.S. House of Representatives, Democrats’ focus is on maintaining their Senate majority and preventing the Republicans from taking control of the House by more than 20 seats.

“My goal is — even if it’s slim, if it’s by one — it’s keeping control of the House and adding at least one or two more to the United States Senate,” said Democrat National Committee chair Jaime Harrison.

At a Democrat training event in Charleston, South Carolina, one strategist said, “If we’re in the 10 to 20 [loss of House seats] range, that will be better than we thought.”

One state party chair gave up on the idea of a Democrat majority in the House, telling Politico, “I don’t see any way we keep the House.”

New Jersey Democrat Party’s vice chair, Peg Schaffer, said, “I’m scared. We need to get the vote out, and in the midterms, it’s hard.”

With rising inflation, President Joe Biden’s plummeting approval rating, and thousands of Americans dying each day from the coronavirus, Democrats feel their 2022 prospects are not promising. Karl Sandstrom, a lawyer working with Democrats, said, “It certainly isn’t promising. But it’s a long year.”

Certain Democrats ,like Sandstrom and Nevada Democrat Party chair Judith Whitmer, are optimistic about their chances in 2022, but they are a part of a dwindling minority of Democrats.

“We have to stop with this tendency to have a self-fulfilling prophecy,” said Whitmer. “We keep hearing this narrative, ‘It’s going to be a bloodbath.’ … I don’t think we should look at it like that. I think we have to be optimistic.”

Some Democrats believe the key to success in the midterm election relies on the ability of Congress to get Biden’s agenda passed.

According to Politico:

If Democrats are able to muscle voting rights legislation through Congress and also pass Biden’s Build Back Better agenda — and if inflation and Covid come under control — one state party executive director said Democrats could at least maintain a sufficiently large minority in the House to “block bad things from happening.”

The Democrats face an uphill battle attempting to pass Biden’s Build Back Better agenda. Biden recently conceded that the bill would not get passed before the end of the year, which is what Senate Democrat Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) wanted.

The way they should prepare for the red wave is to pass everything they possibly can while they have a majority.

The plan involves fraud of biblical proportions. After their success last year, the Democrats are inspired. While they accuse Republicans of attacking democracy.

Let’s all work hard to make their worst nightmares come true. Fight election fraud locally wherever you are. Don’t just bitch, whine, and moan about it. Do it.

I am still upset at what happened in the last election. With that being said..... the democrats played that card with great effect under the most unique of situations absent almost all scrutiny (the GOPe deliberately failed in my opinion).

In Virginia during the election of the governor between the GOP and MAGA (two separate groups of poll watchers) you had 95% of those slots filled. Highest number in my lifetime. Look at the results in what was considered a deep blue state thanks to the northern counties. The race was even similar - democrat machine politician vs guy with new ideas.

There are enough of us who are on to the game now and as long as we show up there will be no “virus” exigency like they used in the last election. There is a lot of scrutiny (and potentially criminal violations) with the Zuckerbucks and many states have acted or are acting to stop directed money like that for “drop boxes”, “mail-in ballots”, and ballot harvesting.

It’s not an even playing field, but have some heart. It is far more even than it was in the 2020 election. Most democrats know that the GOP will likely take the house and the senate so there will be the threat (pretty hollow in my opinion but its still real) of oversight and scrutiny.

I would be willing to bet if the same level of poll watchers had been in NJ, a race the GOP did not even support, that the republican would have won that race too.

It’s so bad for democrats now on the generic ballot that they are going to probably lose more governor seats and state legislators and many of those elected at the state level are going to make voting security an issue to get elected.

None of us know what the future holds, but let us hope that 2020 was the last scandemic election and that enough people have the balls and guts to scrutinize the counties that have had free reign in elections for years.

It will only make a difference if we elect new MAGA Republicans.

Re-electing the same Assistant Democrats won’t make much difference.

I’m curious. Will poll watchers be required to be vaccinated? Seems like that alone would skew things against MAGA.

Probably, but I still think we have enough.

FACT - it’s hard to cheat when people are watching.

Correct. Voter fraud will save the day. And if these ninny RINOs dont get serious about having free and fair elections, we will not have anymore in the near future.

They’ll cheat again. This new omicron BS is just the tip of the iceberg.

I intend to be a poll watcher for the midterms, but not if I must take the shot to do it.

The left does not want Covid to die. There is a good chance that Omicron is going to end the virus given the stuff we are hearing from overseas (outside the control of Fauci).

Mild illness much like the common cold with lasting immunity.

Regardless, hopefully we won’t be there next November and God bless and thank you for being involved!

That is exactly the problem.

They will happily take fake vaccines to be poll watchers and happily manufacture paper votes and count them while our side wants to be law abiding.

It is like going to a gunfight with a knife.

Oh, it would be easy enough to get a card, and have my name in the database, too. I have no scruples about cheating a corrupt system, either, but the main problem from my point of view is having to repeat the deception for every booster forever.

“The bastards are stepping up their refining of voter fraud.”

Agreed. They know they’re sunk in an honest election. Therefore, the attempts at cheating will be unprecedented.

Besides federal,

Thirty-nine state and territorial gubernatorial and numerous other state and local elections will also be contested.

You make many excellent points.

One other thing to add, which you alluded to, is that the Dems have sunk so low in voter support that those numbers alone will be insurmountable to overcome by fraud.

A huge number of Democrats will not be voting Democrat.
