Fauci explicitly transferred bio warfare technology to the Chinese Communist Party and trained some very brilliant Chinese research scientists on the inner working of the technology, including how to bio engineer chimeric pathogens and cover your tracks so it is very difficult to prove that the virus is bio engineered and who did the engineering
