- Steal various elections in several key provinces.
- Create a false flag event at the Capitol by state law enforcement, with incitement and coordination with anarchist groups.
- Meet any discussion (by your opponents) of steps 1) and 2) with claims of sedition and insurrection.
- Jail, arrest, oppress, or kill scapegoated individuals.
Step 5) is coming:
- 5) Jail, arrest, oppress, or kill all opposition leaders. Eliminate all of the rights of your citizenry.

Look for an “assassination attempt” on Kamala Harris by “an racist White Supremist” armed with “an assault rifle”. Jack Ruby style, the FBI dupe (er, White Supremist) is quickly killed. FBI (federal agents) become the heroes, assault weapons are taken. Guns registered.
They MUST get rid of Harris to allow Biden to be replaced. Wounding her lets Buttigeg or Kerry get VP. Or Hillary.
