@ post 27 - yeah the vaccinated are creating them. Biology 101. Environmental pressure put on a virus that replicates every ten hours will select for strain that gets around the pressure. Hopefully you are not contributing to the mutation factory.

The problem with your theory that vaccines promote the mutations is not in line with the science.

While all viruses mutate constantly, the World Health Organization said in December 2020 that, “SARS-CoV-2, the virus which causes COVID-19, tends to change more slowly than others such as HIV or influenza viruses.” The more rapid changes in influenza viruses are one reason why the flu vaccine is updated annually. So far, there is no evidence of resistant strains arising directly as a result of vaccines.

The Delta Variant, for example, emerged when there was no vaccines in the country of origin. Vaccines bring out the human immune system to kill the virus, that stops it from replicating and stops the transmission. By slowing the transmission means fewer opportunities for it to mutate, which can help prevent the emergence of any other variants.
