Yep. The reason he lost his gig as RNC chair is he was living like a king on their dime and blowing through money like crazy. Nothing illegal but very extravagant.
Steele has not changed, he is the same as he ever was, which is why the Republican Party floundered under his poor leadership with candidates like Romney and McCain, who could not defeat avowed communists.
