Doesn’t the Senate still need to approve of this BBB bill,
or did I miss that announcement?
If Senate approval is needed, when might this happen?
I’m thinking the sooner the better.
The mayors are already acting as though it was a done deal.
The infrastructure bill was the first one, and was passed by both houses last month and signed by the President. A few Republican senators jumped on board.
As bad as that one is, the $3.75 trillion Build Back Better bill is the real crusher. Free pre-K day care, $550 billion for climate change programs, forgiveness of college loans, free medical care for illegal immigrants, and the rest going to Democrat interest groups. Also, restrictions on free speech, etc.
BBB has passed the House. It must be stopped in the Senate by Joe Manchin and Kirsten Sinema.
