Well at about the OCTOBER time frame why did he NOT just END the PANDEMIC?
I mean when WVA became the LAST state to report a covid infection PENCE lite the fuse on federal actions. BUT there was NOT a time table to END IT.
TRUMP was PRESIDENT he should have ended it.

jimho, the biggest mistake Trump made early on was declaring a state of emergency. When he did that, the states scrambled to do the same unleashing hitler wannabes.
