It's Still a Pandemic of the Untreated as we Enter Winter Covid Season. If the goal is to prevent hospitalizations and deaths, why haven't the NIH, CDC, or any major medical institution published a single covid-19 outpatient treatment protocol?

they have - Every state covid page has guidelines. So does the CDC:
https://www.covid19treatmentguidelines.nih.gov/management/clinical-management/nonhospitalized-patients—general-management/

People have had almost two years to find/develop a relationship with a doctor. And all of them will say that there is no way at onset of infection to tell if a person will have a mild or a serious case, barring risk of preexisting morbidities in any disease.

80% of covid cases are ‘mild’ cases and need no treatment. The other 20% need to be in touch with their health care provider and report any changes, especially confusion, loss of smell or taste and breathlessness. And run for the monoclonals if you meet the guidelines.

___________

You are advising against use of prophylactics and early intervention with therapeutics.

This exactly the wrong course of action. Anyone with wisdom will know this. As such you are attempting to mislead the unwise. Shame on you BP!

Remember, most of the US loses Vitamin D producing sun in the fall/late fall, and doesn't regain it till April.

The Angle Of The Sun And Vitamin D Production

In order for the sun to stimulate your Vitamin D production, the sun needs to be at a minimum of about 50 degrees, or greater, above the horizon (90% would be directly overhead). Ideally, the sun should be as close to overhead as possible; the closer to overhead it is, the greater its potential for stimulating Vitamin D production (and the less time you have to be in the sun to produce a given amount of Vitamin D).

A good way to test if the sun is about 50 degrees above the horizon, or higher, is that your shadow should be slightly shorter than you are tall. If the shadow cast by your body is the same length, or longer, than your height you will not produce Vitamin D–even while your skin is exposed to direct sunlight. And this is under ideal conditions: clear skies without cloud cover or pollution.

Note: this angle depends on many factors and Vitamin D production is not all or nothing. In actuality, you may start to produce a tiny amount of Vitamin D when the sun is slightly lower in the sky, but this amount seems to be inconsequential. It is only when the sun is 50 degrees or higher that the amount of Vitamin D produced starts to become significant. And the higher the sun is above 50 degrees, the higher the rate of your Vitamin D production.

Simple. Its not part of the plan. They purposely withhold treatment that could get a person on their feet. Doctors can no longer be trusted.

In DC, the agency with the biggest budget wins it doesn’t matter what they spend it on. Just more, more, more.

No outpatient protocol? Well that’s because the plan at $40k per covid death for there not to be any outpatients. The ventilators and remdisiver or whatever the toxic drug is was to ensure no one lived to become an outpatient. This of course is conjecture.

Actually, the most obese tend to be in the South

But which somewhat has a cultural correlation:

2020 Census Demographic Data Map White or in combination

And note that color does not necessarily equate to culture. For instance as regards education, instance, African immigrants to the US are among the most educated groups in the United States. Some 48.9 percent of all African immigrants hold a college diploma. This is more than double the rate of native-born white Americans, and nearly four times the rate of native-born African Americans [who are known to attack African immigrants as being too white in ideology].

Find a local pharmacy that carries it. Mom & Pop stores are better than CVS or Walgreens. My hole in the wall pharmacy carries it and I drove 6 blocks to get it.
