I am pretty certain that the public school system overall is worse then the catholic scandals combined.The Catholic scandals are not nearly as widespread an issue as people think they are, are mostly uncovered issues from a long time ago - 60s, 70s, etc. The only reason they've gotten so big is because of the Dems worldwide crusade against the Church, and the Church's response has been coverup for so long. There's plenty of Protestant schools that have similar rates of abuse, and public schools often have even worse rates than the Catholic ones.
