“Jojo” Rosenbaum was a 5 times child rapist of boys under 12. He had 11 sexual criminal assault felonies, among other crimes. He had over 40 disciplinary reports in prison for violence, weapons, aggressive behavior towards guards.
This creep should have been hanged years ago, much less out on the street rioting.
Americans’ can not trust the law any longer.
