The pro-vaxxers have a very simple explanation for this — Bangladesh, like the African countries, is very poor and does not have good record keeping, therefore, their Covid infection numbers are highly inaccurate ( I read a similar argument from FReepers who tell me that the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh infection numbers are highly inaccurate as well. ).
There are interplanetary airline flights.
Third World Planet also has a different atmosphere than First World Planet, which enables them to burn coal and other fossil fuels with zero impact on First World Planet - because DUHHHH! - they're on different planets.

That’s presuming a lot to think that the CDC, FDA, Fauci, the MSM, et al are telling us the truth on Covid numbers.
Africa too is only 6% vaxxed with a very low covid problem.
It doesn’t take a rocket surgeon to figure out the vaxx is the problem. Letting the virus make the rounds while protecting and treating the sick and higher risk folks with cheap known meds and vitamins like Ivermection, HCQ, D, Zinc, etc works and created a herd immunity.
Our approach will keep the virus mutating and keep killing us because science is not guiding the US policies on covid. Mad politicians are. That includes the worst Mad Pol Fauci. He hasn’t be a real scientist or doctor in 50 years.
The ones ones getting any real immunity are the big pharma companies and the governments.

We had thousands die here that were counted as covid even though that isn’t what they died of.
Back around Nov-Dec 2020, in Zimbabwe, they had fairly serious infection numbers, and in the later part of December....the death rate escalated. Three well-known government ministers passed away in a 7-day period (older guys I should note).
Around this point, health officials in Zimbabwe approved Ivermectin as a Covid drug (it was already routinely given for other issues), and generally priced prior to Covid at 50 cents for a week’s doseage.
So within six weeks of approval....the death rate zeroed out (nationally, it got down to between 0 and 5 deaths daily). Now, I should note that if you wanted the ivermectin ‘cocktail’...at this point, it’d escalated in price to about $5 per cocktail-unit. (Someone was getting rich off the cheap drug and it was just meant to be that way)
Mid-summer 2021, the infection rate climbed back up, but the death rate stayed in very moderate numbers (above 5-to-10 but didn’t really go over the 100-per day situation much).
There’s not been any serious studies done of Zimbabwe by any university system, and I doubt if anyone wants to validate that a third-world country has better handling of a epic-killer virus than the US or France. It is what it is.

When will people stop creating and pushing fear of a virus with the mortality rate of that of a really bad flu season and a median age of death that is higher than the national average? It seems the hysteria got worse amongst that group when the dreaded “delta variant” came around. Never in the history of virology has a virus mutated in to a more deadly version of itself. Just like every other bug the COOF became more transmittable and LESS deadly when it mutated. If you listened to the “experts” you would have thought that mankind was on the edge of an extinction event.
We are in the midst of Biblical Revelations levels of insanity over this. How many “pandemic” hero’s are now unemployed pariahs because they refuse to take the poke and how many people are being pressured to take the poke, even though they have recovered from the COOF and have natural immunity that is magnitudes better that the Jim Jones Juice? The only way this gets put behind us is if people stop listening to the fear mongers and people who are responsible for killing elders in nursing homes, lying to us, profiting off of people’s miseries, and trying to destroy our freedoms and way of life.
