You’re confusing hard evidence with something proven in a court of law. Hard evidence exists outside of the courtroom. The idea that evidence doesn’t exist unless a judge puts his stamp on it, is folly.
40% of murders in the United States go unsolved and never make it to court. Guess what? Those people were still murdered. Pretty strong evidence they were murdered by someone too, but has not been proven in court. The murderers are walking free, likely to kill again, but they are guilty nonetheless.
I am trying to make the point that hard evidence exists outside a court of law. There is tons of both statistical (yes can be used in court) and physical hard evidence that massive voter fraud exists.
The fact a political (both parties), justice, and a not-so-free press are determined to suppress the evidence doesn’t mean hard and statistical evidence isn’t there.
Your argument should be, “Yes, massive voter fraud happened, but the system will not allow it to come to light. So, stop worrying and complaining about it.”

The hard evidence in a murder is a dead body. The hard evidence n an election is fraudulent or otherwise illegally cast ballots, not presumption of wrong doing. Ha, I never said Republicans don’t cheat also. That’s built-in and why Republicans are in on the steal. You do realize that there are hundreds if not thousands of affidavits attesting to voter fraud this election cycle?
Again, Cyber Ninjas were not allowed to examine the actual mail-in (just copies) votes or do a signature match. They found thousands upon thousands of votes that were not matched by serial number to the original mail-in vote.
Also, for context, three of the Republican Election Officials in Maricopa County (where most of the steal happened) were caught on audio saying they didn’t want a real audit because their elections were too close? They fought the audit with all their power.
Do you honestly believe that a basement-ridden, demented old fool who mocked blacks and could not draw a crowd of 50 people gets over 500,000 more votes than Obama (in his prime) in AZ alone? That an increase of 44% more Democratic voters in one election cycle is even possible?
The Ninjas were not allowed to dig too deep (by design), they were severely handicapped. But when impossible vote totals happen that are way outside of the realm of possibility, that is as good as a dead body.
By the way, there are hundreds of convicted cases of voter fraud in our history from both parties. Also, massive voter fraud has been happening for decades. JFK did not beat Nixon. Texas was blue and completely corrupt, and Daley’s graveyards of Chicago gave him IL. The most common refrain in Chicago on election day is Vote Early, Vote Often.

I’m showing the 2020 numbers because only a blind person cannot see how bad it was. And since you attacked Trump. He did his part. He got more than 12 million more votes than he did in 2016. That’s why the cheating was so obvious.
The numbers do make one wonder. But I’ve been waiting for the proof. And the proof would be the hard evidence I referred to earlier. Honestly, if it why wasn’t it pulled off to give down ballot wins. If you’ve broken the code on Trump, it’s a breeze to do the same for down ballot.
Funny you mention the down ballots. Part of the proof of the steal is that there was an unusual amount of only presidential marks. A much higher percentage than ever before in history. It has been speculated that the people manufacturing votes did not have time to fill out a full ballot. Besides the numbers, there is a ton of circumstantial evidence of voter fraud and this is just one small piece.
Hard evidence? You do realize that a lot of convictions are based on circumstantial evidence. So, don’t get too hung up on that, that’s TV shows.

I am only posting because I thought of something else about the down ballots. The down-ballot cheating likely gave the Dems both the house and senate. The number of congressional seat gains was limited because the cheating was confined to minority communities. Biden won the Presidency in much fewer counties than Obama. Biden won 509 counties, Obama won 689 Counties. Even though Biden won in 189 fewer counties, he got 15,000,000 more votes than Obama.
More circumstantial evidence of cheating. Lose in a much larger geographical area (189 fewer counties) than your predecessors, but gain millions upon millions of votes.
And yet Rudy, Powell and Lindell have focused on machine manipulation. Again, why only focus on the Prez? Down ballot was just as critical and once in the machine, those would be easy to manipulate and not doing so sort of shoots down that theory.
