UPDATE: Delaware County Pennsylvania Lawsuit Is Going to Blow the Roof Off of the Democrat Voter Fraud in the State

An election whistleblower in Delaware County, Pennsylvania released video evidence of the destruction of election data, documents, and equipment by election officials in the 2020 presidential election on Wednesday night.

The videos show election officials admitting to each other that their actions were illegal, even “a felony.” But the officials decided to destroy the election evidence anyway.

In one video James Allen, the Director of Elections Operations is seen in a backroom telling officials to destroy evidence knowing it was a felony.

in another video, Tom Gallager, a lawyer for Delaware County, is seen destroying election tapes — a felony.

There isn’t going to be a “smoking gun” due to the bipartisan nature of the stolen election. My local “conservative” radio this morning here in Jax, FL was bleating on about “Trumpism without Trump” and trumpeting Youngkin. It was nauseating. Interesting when you look at the video, and one guy says: "We can't talk about it anymore."

They other guy in the suit says "Why?"

And he says: "It is a felony."

They key is, look at the facial expression on the guy in the suit.

It is a damned smug smirk that in its entirety says "So what if it is a felony? What, were you born yesterday? Nobody will do anything about it."

And then you see this one where they are basically saying screw it, let's get it done and let THEM figure out what we did:

And in the last one, where they guy is pointing to audit tapes and saying "That's evidence, and then pointing to another, that's evidence..." but the thing that sticks out for me is:

THE COMPLETE AND UTTER ROUTINE NORMALCY OF THIS.

Look at the woman in the red circle-while these two men are having a loud and vocal discussion of illegal behavior and the destruction of documents that by law must be preserved for 22 months, she couldn't care less. this is old hat to her. She just keeps plugging away at what illegal crap she is doing.

Instead of these two men walking away and lowering their voices, they carry on this open, unashamed conversation about illegal behavior.

It is interesting reading the comments at the site from Leftists who say "You don't know what they are talking about! It is all conspiracy theories..."

I have long held the opinion that VOTER FRAUD and/or BALLOT TAMPERING/MANIPULATION should carry the same penalty as any Act of Treason. Hanging or Firing Squad. No exceptions. There is nothing that will convince me otherwise.

I agree that will help. Look at the school board election results: we can slowly reclaim control of the government starting from the bottom up.

But there are two problems with that.

First: higher level government authorities captured by the Democrats are simply dishonest. Look at how garland is accusing parents going after school boards for CRT as "domestic terrorists." They are also accused of racism, which justifies bottomless intervention and striping local authorities re-captured by Republicans of control by higher administrative agencies or the courts.

Second: the Civil Rights acts and the courts are used to justify corrupt intervention regarding every action of the government from immigration, to transgender bathrooms, to "voting rights" claims used to justify vote fraud and block any voter integrity effort. This is why the Left also talks about "environmental racism" or "highway racism" and "structural racism." Race is the principal issue that has been used to give government at all levels the ability to ignore the Constitution and meddle in every human activity and every form of human association. If any claim of "racial inequity" continues to justify untrammeled government authority, the republic is lost. The sad fact is that extirpating all racism or the effects of all past discrimination is simply not compatible with a free republic.

It’s about time. As i was reviewing the election results that night and the following dayy, the two displays on the results website showed 29K more mail in votes counted than mail in voters updated in the SURE system. This number has never been reconciled. Frank Ryan also documented about 400K total for all of PA. Also if you want to review the PA lawsuit by Trump you will see testimony of the pole watcher from Chads Ford who was ridiculed by the judge as he tried to get access to the mail in voting process in Chester as he was legally required by law. He never got close to any of the vote counting.

Your numbers in PA are pretty close to the audit finding that Frank Ryan did statewide about 400K more mail in votes counted than there were mail in voters recorded in the SURE system. In Delco there was posted on the website a 29K discrepancy between mail in votes and voters. They no longer publish these numbers but the database (SURE) is still there.
