The Dims are trying to hide the fact that inflation is regressive, and hurts the poor, the fixed income and the working class the most - those who they claim to represent.

When gas, food and housing prices double, those who are well off may be inconvenienced or have to do some belt tightening. But others will be having to choose between eating or paying the rent.

The mid-terms are going to be quite interesting. A battle between the “woke” and the woken.

Interesting little detail—Shadowstats has been tracking the real rate of inflation using the methodology of many years ago (before .gov started cooking the books).

They come up with a current annual inflation rate of 15%.

Today we find out that .gov is increasing the cost of a Medicare Part B premium this year by.....

15%!

That crushes the poorest of the Social Security recipients who have chosen to get Medicare Part B.

It is effectively a highly regressive tax.
