Jack Posobiec had these vidoes on his Twitter feed last night, and one in analysis in particular that really breaks down the video. Here’s the latest video that Posobiec posted, an enhanced version of the earlier tweet:

https://mobile.twitter.com/JackPosobiec/status/1459288876984451076

It clearly shows Kyle never switches to left-handed stance with the rifle, and if he had pointed his weapon at Ziminski right-handed his back would have been to the camera. It also shows Rosenbaum starting his pursuit without Kyle pointing his weapon at anyone.

Here’s the analysis by someone called DarthCrypto (from Posobiec’s feed) on Twitter:

It’s the clearest view yet of what happened around Ziminski, and I have no doubt Binger has this video and withheld it, nor did he want the Ziminskis on the stand.

Oh, and the videos also show Ziminski had his handgun in his right hand when confronting Kyle, contrary to what the prosecution claimed.

Antifa assassins need to be dispensed with, but I dont think that's what you're referring to.😉

It has been shown many times - inclding here on FR - that GG was not a felon at the time.

Let's not go overboard with the bucket of whitewash here:

His [Gaige Grosskreutz's] arrest and case history from the state Department of Justice is much longer than what you can currently find through online court records. It shows a string of dismissed cases and an expunged felony conviction. That means it can no longer be counted against him.

If he's got an expunged felony conviction, it means he did some felony cr@p, got prosecuted and convicted for it.

Fits my definition of a felon.

If he had become a monk, a priest or a philanthropist, I'd give him the expunged gold star.

HOWEVER, he was up to his old tricks with an illegally carried handgun. Case closed, for me.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m 100% with you — I absolutely think that POS is a felon. We’re just pointing out the fact it’s been debated ad nauseum here on FR.

Jack Posobeic, on Turning Point USA website, did a good video demonstrating that Kyle’s rifle was pointing down in that particular frame of the video.

So the prosecutor suborned perjury and then the guy tells the truth on the witness stand
The guy was smart.

In addition to that, it is a major violation of the bar association’s code of ethics in addition to being a felony.

If Rittenhouse house is somehow convicted of any crimes, automatic mistrial and the prosecutor gets disbarred and goes to prison after he pleads guilty.

Yeah, I don't get involved in stuff like that.

The prosecutor can get into a lot more trouble for not giving the witness a deal in exchange for his testimony.
