Suspected witness tampering is uncovered in the Kyle Rittenhouse case as star witness Gaige Grosskreutz, who aimed his gun at Rittenhouse, had charges dropped by the prosecutor only days before being a witness in the case. We reported on Gaige Grosskreutz multiple times since last August when he had his arm nearly blown off by Kyle Rittenhouse after he pointed his gun at Kyle. For some reason, Grosskreutz has not been charged as a felon in possession of a firearm and attempting to kill Kyle Rittenhouse, even though at the time of the event, Grosskreutz was a felon.

The prosecution is doing its best for a mistrial.
Since the prosecution seems to have so much in common with a "ladies of the evening" you'd think they'd be as savvy as them in this regard. Always get payment first. Always. They should have waited until their bought-and-paid-for witness (aka actor reciting lines at that point) actually delivered. Apparently the witness decided not to perjure himself, and already having been "paid" had no incentive to follow through with the "act."
It's called, "Let's make a deal" and it is one of the most used powers that the prosecutors, at all levels have and abuse.
Twist a felon's tail and his memory changes and the facts change.
This dumb ass felon forgot his lines {LIES} and inadvertently told the truth, on the stand, under oath.
To prove his stupidity, he goes on cnn and lies about his SWORN TESTIMONY.
I don't know if the defense can bring this into court as part of their final statements, but it would be a bomb shell.

Can defense bring up the fact that red mist bicep boy was a felon in possession of a gun (concealed) but got a charges dismissed?

It has been shown many times - inclding here on FR - that GG was not a felon at the time.
If there are new charges pending by the DA and they were dropped just before the trial that is news. But my understanding is that he was not a felon.
And regardless of media pressure, I just pray that the jury and judge don’t live in fear for their lives and the lives of their families because of the pre-paid Leftists’ murderous threats.
Anyone can look up Wisconsin court records. Just agree to terms and type in his name, first and last and do a statewide search. Interesting, all right. Prosecution makes a motion to dismiss 2nd OWI? OK. I know people who go through holy heck for the first OWI. Second one is really, really serious stuff. Usually....
I know. The amount of misinformation that flies around all the time -- from all sides -- gets really confusing and frustrating. These days, if you want the truth, you'd almost have to quit your job and just do research all day.
At this point I just wish some of our FReeper legal eagles would chime in on the developments over the last two days. Specifically on Grosskreutz's media storm -- and his ever-changing story of the events that night -- and the videos that have surfaced potentially showing Kyle never pointed his weapon at Ziminski (which supposedly led to that provocation nonsense that got inserted yesterday).
Many of us are guessing there's nothing that can be done about it, but I'd sure like to know. I'm super pissed about the latest developments.
So? It's not whether the charges are valid, it's about how serious they are. /s

I’m skeptical about the allegation based on the old evidence. The “enhanced” photos show Kyle pointing the rifle as if he were lefthanded, but in other photos and the video of Rosenbaum being shot not many seconds later, he’s shooting righthanded. Also just looking at other images, I get the impression that the straps would make it difficult to shoot lefthanded. Do you have a link to videos that cast doubt on the allegation or more specific information that can help me find them. Where did you learn about this?
