I think it works well also because leftists are so extremely fragile.

Their fragility is for two reasons: 1) they are very hive-mind people such that their sense of well-being depends on the feeling of being in lock-step with the hive, 2) their entire reality, created by this hive-mind, is based on lies and fantasy (64 genders, nazis everywhere, etc.)
