Heart attack and cardiac arrest are not used interchangeably. They are two different things
The rare side effect that is cardiac is myocarditis which according to literature is self limited. Myocarditis has nothing to do with heart attacks.
Tris is not frequently used to treat metabolic acidosis. But this idiot author also says it is used post infarction to treat metabolic acidosis. There is nothing to prevent metabolic acidosis to stop a heart attack
But it is worthy for people to keep posting crap. This reveals someone who is trying to advance an agenda by sounding scientific but all she does id reveal herself to be an ignoramus. Very damaging to the side trying to promote vaccine opposition.
BS. If these injections were safe, the manufacturers wouldn’t’ need legal liability protection. The VAERS system has already proven them more dangerous and deadly than all other vaccines in history combined.
COVID itself isn’t even that deadly, but the treatments forced on people in hospitals like Remdesivir ARE deadly. Treatments should never have a higher fatality rate than what they are treating, but that is the kind of medical malpractice that is going on right now to foster this plandemic.

You must not get out to much. In my little world, I know three persons personally that have heart problems right after the jab, one has been wearing a heart monitor for three months, one is still in intensive care, and the third seems to be okay now. All are in their 30’s, two male, one female. ALL three state their “ doctor” said no way it could be the jab…I have lost ALL confidence in our bought off medical field. Many are now guilty of murder, as are those aiding and abetting.
This latest hyperventilating about Pfizer adding a buffer to their formula is beyond strange. Frankly, I had never heard of this stuff (tromethamine) before the current bruhaha, but a quick Google search reveals that it’s been widely used for its Ph buffering effects to provide better storage characteristics for many years.
It’s probably no good pointing out that Moderna has had it in their formula from the beginning, presumably for the same purpose.
The question is, why is there such a desperate need to believe even the most far-out ideas, with only the flimsiest of “evidence”? That’s a sincere question, it just doesn’t make any sense to me.

I really ask this in all seriousness, because it’s you that sounds really ignorant.
I have several doctors in my family, so I am used to people like you, we call them “intellectual drones.”
They are incapable of any individual thought. They can only spew talking points from things they learned in school, medical journals, CDC, or seminars ect.
The fact is, I don’t know anything about this drug, that was supposedly added into this vaccine.
However, my first thought is...
1. Is it true?
2. Why would they add it?
3. What will it do?
This is the normal reaction, and a lot of us will read up on it, so we can find out those answers.
