Snitching is a terrible idea. We need our unity more than ever now, as a people, and not the “mouth only” unity of Biden, which he snatched off the Internet from someone who said we need an end of racial divisions in order to have national unity. They left the healing racial divisions part out entirely, of course.
Just don’t do it. Talk to the person individually, if you feel called to, but don’t go report them secretly to some worthless official.

The Snitches part is a smokescreen so the companies go along and self-enforce. If it passes the courts, most companies will. Then all OSHA needs to do is raid a couple factories a week, and CNN will be there, and problem solved.
BUT nothing can stop 15-25% more of the workforce from quitting outright, and then: what the Cabal wants - to initiate full neo-fascist-neo-communism.

Using a regulation to effect a law that was not the result of the Congress passing legislation is simply un-Constitutional.
Regulations are supposed to administer laws in a technical way, not be a separate, parallel track for the Executive to do end runs on the Leislative branch.
The rule enforces no law made by the Congress, nor is there any “emergency” authority for the President to invoke such.
