That is what I am thinking.
It all seems to point at the FBI...again.
Probably rises to the level of conspiracy to deprive civil rights under color of law.
Of course, with the WI AG a Democrat and the DOJ turned into the Sicherheitsdienst of the Democratic Party, nothing will be done about the prosecutorial misconduct.
