Bell’s Palsy is supposedly 2 weeks to 6 months for symptoms to go away. But sometimes they’re permanent.

It depends. Sometimes it can go away in a few months, but my aunt got it for no known reason and it got much better in a few years (to the point where it was not obvious), but she could still feel it.

I don’t want to wish ill on the guy, although he is a rat; he’ll probably recover, but at least we won’t be seeing him for a while. I’s call that the best outcome possible.
