"Hostile" is a necessary requirement under adverse possession. Invitation by employment extinguishes that requirement.

Or in other words, adverse possession is a non-starter when you have continually employed the supposed adverse possessor.

Think about it, people. Otherwise long-time apartment managers would own the apartment buildings they are employed to manage and partially-paid with a live-in apartment on the premises.

Adverse possession is very difficult to 'make' in even extreme circumstances of abandoned real property.
