So what is the solution? This is EASY! MANDATE 100% Civil Asset Forfeiture for ALL Public Employee's suspected or convicted of Violating ANY STATE LAW! Another easy solution. Mandate sanctions, penalties, and ouster of government officials for committing unconstitutional, and thus illegal, acts like "asset seizure".
