BREAKING: Judge Deals Biden Admin Major Blow, BLOCKS Them from Firing Unvaccinated Military and Civilian Workers

Joe Biden was dealt a major blow by federal workers who just won in court.

Biden’s coronavirus vaccine mandate put the jobs and livelihoods of many Americans at risk.

In a new ruling, judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly issued a temporary restraining order against the mandate.

This decision protects military and civilian employees from being fired while their requests for religious exemptions to Biden’s vaccine mandate are being heard.

“None of the civilian employee plaintiffs will be subject to discipline while his or her request for a religious exception is pending,” Kollar-Kotelly ordered.

This ruling came in the U.S. District Court in the District of Columbia.

The judge also ruled that “active duty military plaintiffs, whose religious exception requests have been denied, will not be disciplined or separated during the pendency of their appeals,” according to Fox News.

The court further ordered that Biden and the top administration officials named in the lawsuit file a notice Friday to indicate whether they will agree that no plaintiff will be disciplined or terminated until there is a final ruling on the question of religious exemptions.

Twenty people had sued Biden and his top officials over the executive order that mandated vaccinations for all federal workers, civilian and military alike.

“The Biden administration has shown an unprecedented, cavalier attitude toward the rule of law and an utter ineptitude at basic constitutional contours,” attorney Michael Yoder, who represented those suing the administration, said in a statement.

“This combination is dangerous to American liberty,” Yoder said “Thankfully, our Constitution protects and secures the right to remain free from religious persecution and coercion.”

“With this order, we are one step closer to putting the Biden administration back in its place by limiting government to its enumerated powers. It’s time citizens and courts said no to tyranny. The Constitution does not need to be rewritten, it needs to be reread,” he said.

You were lucky indeed...people who have had COVID sometimes have very adverse reactions from the jab(s).

I know I’ve been lucky. But to be clear I had the China virus after my two Pfizer shots, not before. But a nurse I know related that a woman she was caring for had gotten the shot, thought she had a bad reaction and turned out to have gotten the shot while she had Wuhan. She died.

So, that woman who died had Sinopharm or Sinovac then took one of the three vaccines available in the US and died? I heard about people mix and match vax and died. Is that a coincidence?

I hope I get an exemption soon because otherwise I may be forced to take the J&J or lose my job or if I am lucky I can get a job before Nov 23 which requires no jab.

It’s so hard to predict....one day you don’t need the jab, the next day, something else happens.

Yes, she thought she was having a bad reaction to the shot. Don’t know if that is what killed her or the virus or both together. I don’t think anyone does. The nurse told me that she herself had a very bad reaction to the second shot. She had already had the virus, but her hospital required her to be vaccinated. Her own MD later told her that that was a mistake.

Both my wife and I had no reactions at all to either shot. But then we both got the virus after being ‘vaccinated’. I have no idea what to tell you. I certainly understand your skepticism about the shot.

I see. You might have gotten a lower dose or saline.

Also, it seems one complication is that the person injecting may hit the blood vessels. That means those trillions of mRNA will go everywhere, causing beaucoup damage. Old school technique is that you aspirate....pull back the plunger once you inject to make sure you don’t draw blood, i.e., you didn’t hit the blood vessels.

The mRNA particles will eventually leave your deltoid muscles but it won’t be such a shock.

I had some hope the “traditional” Chinese vaccines were safer but I found out people still die. I have no idea how many but watching video compilations people dropping dead in the middle of streets in China and Asia. I also heard about women having miscarriages and babies with defects. Now, China is jabbing 3 year olds too.

This may or may not be true, but China supposedly have different variations of vaccines just as suspected stateside. You may get a low dose or high dose or saline, with some ingredients added or subtracted.
