There is always an investigation and the suspect is investigated for any possible motive. As we all know, Baldwin is famous for his anger management issues and there is a chance he might have been angry at them and decided to scare them.

It's possible, but I think it's extremely unlikely. He may be crazy, but he's not stupid.

As the producer, he had too much responsibility to his investors to be so personally reckless. He may have been in over his head as a producer, he may have been stressed by the labor issues, but he must have known that killing someone on the set is a career-breaker.

No, I don't think even he would do something like that.
