I live only about a mile from a Walmart but I travel in the opposite direction about 8 miles to shop at a slightly more rural Walmart for the express purpose of avoiding all the drama from the detainees often held up near the entrance plus all the unassimilated folks with all their less than civil behavior as well.
Yes, I know some who do the same here; they drive several miles northwest to a more civilized area to shop at the Wal-Mart there.
I’ll go to the local one probably once a year for something, but it is very early in the morning; it is fine at that time. My problem is the sheer mass of people that shop there; there has been massive trafficking of Thirdworlders to my area as the Americans and their employers leave, and they all shop there as well.
