I’m just sharing it. I haven’t even listened to it yet but plan to during my workout later tonight. So it doesn’t take up any time for me. I wasn’t planning on writing a summary. Either people will see the benefit and take the initiative to listen or not. I suggest people download and listen to these podcasts when you are doing something else like driving or going for a walk.
