Why not name the hospital, or any of the people there who supposedly told her not to report?
Because it is BS, that’s why.
That is also why it is not published anywhere else.
Think that through.
If publicly called out the hospital WILL sue for slander and libel. They have little choice, they must defend their reputation, or lose patients who will avoid them like, well, like the plague!
The hospital has deep pockets, can hire the best lawyers, the best PR firms, and an army of investigators to look into every nook and cranny of your life. They can 'support' their aggrieved employees and subcontractors through their own individual lawsuits. They can encourage witnesses to find jobs at distant hospitals (and give them stellar recommendations!) With luck they can even get a judge who's a heavy donor to the hospital children's fund, and who won't recuse him or herself.
What have you got?
Maybe a home with a wee bit of equity you can mortgage?
Your second or third tier lawyer might prevail, but unlike the massive reportage of the outraged hospital's lawsuit, it will get reported in a two paragraph squib next to the funeral announcements. That's actually appropriate, since your medical career is dead.
Would you name the hospital?
United Memorial Medical Center, a hospital within the Rochester Regional Health system
It took me literally 30 seconds to find this. https://www.sirillp.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/10/Letter-exchange-with-Rochester-Hospital.pdf
