It goes both ways. Posters that claim that IVM is of -no- value for treatments are just as incorrect (if you look at the available data) as those who say that masks are of -no- benefit.
Take for example the posts that claim that the PCR test for COVID-19 is "fake". It's incorrect, but yet keeps getting posted.

It's also important to consider the thought processes that some posters use in advancing their theories. For example, one poster theorized when President Trump drank a glass of water with both hands:

Comments such as that can inform the reader about the thought processes that a poster may use when commenting about any number of subjects, including COVID-19.
