Yet another Southwest Airlines Whistleblower has came forward to The DC Patriot in less than 24 hours, this time with internal documents and forms of the companies insane exemption policies.
According to the Southwest employee, regardless of what you do, it’s very rare for an exemption to be accepted. They even went as far as to explain to us there’s an online procedure where you have no choice but to check a box giving Southwest Airlines permission to talk to your healthcare provider. A complete and total violation of HIPPA.
This is truly unbelievable. That a company expects you to give a full medical release form in order to work for them so that they can have access to your medical records and communicate freely with your medical provider? This is unheard of in a free Republic.
According to the whistleblower, if you go to submit a medical exemption, “a total violation of Hippa” the whistleblower ads, “they will say you ‘voluntarily’ checked that box. However if you don’t submit exemptions to get the jab by November 24 we face termination.”

Southwest used to be one of the good guys.
One option would be to contact your provider, explain the situation, provide a limited release to your provider to talk to your employer. Something along the lines of topic A and B but no other. You may also want to establish a time limit on that release.
I don’t understand why the care.
If the gov mandated the vax of my employees, I’d give a religious exemption to anyone who said, “I claim the religious exemption.”
No questions asked, you are exempt, get back to work. It’s an out for both of us, is it not?

If ‘the weather’ is the problem, the airline has an ‘out’ for refunds.
NEEDS TO BE REPEATED ON ALL THREADS!! EVERY DAMN DAY!!
The CONGRESS HAVE EXEMPTED THEMSELVES AND THEIR AIDES! And most likely all their families also!
If it’s “weather,” they have a free pass. If it’s mechanical/staff, they have to provide vouchers for meals and lodging. Multiply that times 1800 flights!
And no more bottles of Jack for flying with them.

Texas Gov. Greg Abbott just issued an executive order banning ALL vaccine mandates by ANY entity within the state of Texas.
AWESOME! My company really put the squeeze on employees and some took the shot feeling totally coerced into believing they’d eventually lose their job.
This makes my freaking day!
