The machine can only spy Americans when a proper warrant is issed.
The warrants come through the FISA court with sign off by John Roberts.
FISA warrants were issued to spy on Donald Trump so that his enemies headed by the likes of James Comey could know his comings and goings .... so they could set him up for assassination.
The head of the NSA at the time Admiral Mike Rogers tipped off President-Elect Trump as to the coming Arkancide.
The NSA was following orders no knowing what was planned by those wanting Trump dead.
Again the NSA is a military machine.

Aren’t whistleblowers protected from retaliation? Would they flee the country to give away secrets to enemies? Nah, Snowden is such a patriot. The real enemy is the NSA, that’s it!
