I hold out hope that he’s playacting.
Trump did not divide the country. the Marxists and their media cartel did.
I did major deep dive research on Trump, his background, life, family in 2015. I was blown away at his generosity and acts of goodwill as well as his friendship with Rudy while Rudy was taking down the Mob and Donald was mixing with the Mob in NJ (wink wink).
Trump literally risked his life, and I mean literally in every sense, to be our President. The number of assassination attempts on him have never been made public. With history as a guide, he should be dead. He’s alive because of generational private security.
So either Scheller is informed and playing double agent, or he’s misinformed, uninformed or has a screw loose. I can’t subscribe to the latter because he had so many years of exemplary service. He might have a wife or sister that are rabidly Anti-Trump. We don’t know.
My mother was a widow too early. When she remarried in her senior years, I found her new companion to be a really good guy, a conservative like me. He and I were like-minded. But I have a sister that I haven’t talked to in years. She’s rabidly Anti-Trump. I can say with certainly that she caused my Mother and her husband-companion to divorce after ten years. The hostility caused by TDS in the family was over the top.
Maybe Scheller is going through something similar. We’ll have to wait and see to find out if we ever do. For now I’ll watch him in the years ahead.
I can say this, TDS is real and I have never understood it. There are some Americans that are so against Trump that there is no way to persuade them that he’s a 99% righteous human being which he is. The other 1% is when he is ill-advised and hasn’t had time to be properly briefed. He admits no one can understand everything so he has to rely on people to get him solid information. When they make mistakes, he can suffer.
Pence, Sessions, Fauci.
He once said his main fault is his heart is too big, to a fault. He wants the best for everyone but that doesn’t stop some from stabbing him in the back.
The good news is that Trump draws people to him over time. Many who were against him have come around. More and more people that identified as ‘liberal’ are now self-identifying as ‘moderate’. No question Trump’s support is growing. We’ll have to see how Scheller leans in the years ahead.
I'd guess he's not playacting as he keeps suggesting he's all about honor, responsibility and doing what is right etc. He knows if he backpedals all his Trump attacks he'll appear no different than the commanders he spent time publicly body slamming.
