He’s wrong. The Biden commies will capitulate as required by Xi. If there is a war, it would be a small engagement directed by Xi, (for both sides), and the US would be solidly defeated, as Xi requires.

If China dropped the COVID virus intentionally, which is possible due to their economic woes, they would also take this time to go to war.
The message is; Upset China in the future, and a slightly more deadly virus will be released, perhaps targeted at a particular people or country or they could make it really deadly and quick and only allow the vaccine for their own people... THAT is the next “war”....
