I worked for a fire department for 25 years. 90% of our calls were emergency medical. I went to lots of food allergy calls over the years many were kids, some of them had gone into Anaphylactic shock as my wife can do. A few didn't make it. That is a fact as well.
I think our bubble wrapped society is not allowing the children to get acclimated with and develop resistance to many of todays toxins that many in the rest of the world have learned to tolerate and survive. Darwin has a way of coming back to bite us eventually.
