Yes. I read the first one shortly after it came out. One of the “side” stories was about a “worldly” pastor that had a very large congregation, but he focused more on “saving the whales” type of messages than the Gospel.

I think about that every time I hear a modern church leader/pastor talk about global warming, and all the other “this present dark world” issues rather than our personal relationship with our creator and His commands (the ten commandments and Jesus 47 commandments).
