A friend of mine is 83 years old, former heroine addict. He’s healthier than some of the guys I know who have diabetes from eating too much sugar. When we were growing up, drugs like heroine were baaaad. But sugar? No one said nuthin’ except about cavities.
Sugar is not harmful and it isn’t bad for teeth.
