It makes perfect sense when you accept the idea that the goal of the junta running Biden is to destroy the US economy, and build back better.
If you want to build a property back better, you have to bulldoze it first. It makes perfect sense unless you are deluded and believe that Biden is actually President and cares about America.
He is an old school Soviet hack. He is basically Brezhnev, Andropov, etc. Decades long party hacks with no skill except arranging a coalition of other hacks.
It only makes sense when you start with the premise that they cheated to be where they are, and therefore everything they've said and done since has had to conform to a lie.
