I have been fascinated with the weather since I was a teenager in New York State. Watching lightning I was fascinated and watching the lightning hit many areas I would spend hours looking for storms. As I got older and going across the country in my twenties I have seen from east to west beautiful country and very little storms one Summer when I went across the country with friends. The last 60 years I have been following weather modification and fascinated with it. Finding out what causes storms as I read and searched for information I found all kinds of problems with our world. They are many scientists and people that are interested in finding out more about whether modifications. Trying to find out if this information is true or not?

I believe that our country has developed weather modification programs to control the world, and I believe that this Technology was built by the Deep State of this country and it was stolen and shared with other countries. Especially the Chinese and the CCP and Chinese Communist Party
