This is a local college. I just tutor - and haven't even been allowed back by our department and still only use virtual.
I immediately wrote a response to this woman's e-mail, saying I will not do it for this disease and I will fight it. I also stated how I had the disease before vaccines.
She stated all will be required, but employees first - by Dec 1! This irritates me extra because THE SEMESTER WON'T HAVE ENDED YET!
Likewise students are required by sometime in Feb - after they've started a semester!
How does that even make any logistical sense?
I'm figuring I really better look into personal tutoring on my own now. I do not want this "untested" stuff. And I'm sick of the whole premise that all is fair against COVID.

we don’t know the ingredients of the so called “vaccines”...
we only know what biden, fauci, the cdc, the fda, the media, and the pharmaceutical companies want us to know...

our government’s actions and double standards prove the kung flu is a scam...

If I were you, you have a lot of knowledge. You also have a lot of time between end of semester and start of the new semester.
I will share with you something I’ve been thinking about a lot. There is a whole segment of our population that is going to be underserved in this new world. Millions are worried just like yourself about their job, livelihoods, vaxing their children and are frantic.
As society closes doors to them from being able to eat out, grocery shop, play sports, etc. Essentially unpersoning them. I have been looking into all the teaching platforms available beyond Zoom. I have been reviewing LearnWorlds, Kajabi, Thinkrific, and now on a two week free trail with Mighty Networks. Considering all the pricing options, options, and tech each platform offers.
Online teaching has been around a long time, back in the late 1990’s I finished my own degree all online from a large institution. Online learning is nothing new. These new platforms some offer a website as well. In so having a website, this now means you can list your classes on Google.
If I were you I would network with other teachers, professors, students etc. and look into developing an online education channel. Hire someone to help determine accreditation, fundraise for a launch, incorporate? It will be a lot of work, but there is a need developing and will continue to develop as many are already stating they won’t take the boosters if mandated.
There will be an unvaxxed economy of millions of people and in order to be sure everyone is served we will need to develop it.
I was banned off Facebook last week. I have a small business and was dependent on using Facebook and Instagram to provide expertise and content to my local area. Nearly 1,000 active participants instantly gone. But I have their emails and will be developing my own channel for my own base and it looks like by using Mighty Networks as most cost effective for now, privacy, and content are mine. But, I had also been thinking about the conservative base a lot as recently a client refuse to leave me a review on Google for privacy reasons. There is a whole segment beyond these giants that NEEDS us, needs our information, skills, and holds our values.
We don’t have to be crushed by the giants, we need to innovate around them.
It’s coming where I work. The post office. I plan on letting them fire me. They won’t. They don’t have enough help as it is. But I’ve made it this far, working every day. I would love an extended vacation.
FRIEND! Timing is intentional. Fire/lose staff before end of semester means smaller patroll. Lose customers after start of semester means more income (they will try to withhold refunded tuition). JMHO
I just retired early because my boss made the vaccine mandatory. She would accept a religious or personal exemption (in writing, with “proof”???), but would then require weekly testing.
She did not care that I had gone thru’ COVID and recovered and thus have antibodies.
I was forced to take one test, which was a very unpleasant experience and honestly felt like a “violation”. My nose burned for 3 days and I had a nasty taste in the back of my mouth.
That said, I agree with those who are saying you need to force them to fire you, and get it in writing.
I don’t see how it can be lawful to force a person to put something into their body that is untested and has documented BAD side effects. I understand the “emergency” reasoning they are putting out there to force these jabs, but this is unprecedented.
Even more so when you/your family have/has no recourse for compensation if you are incapacitated or even killed by the “vaccine”.
Make them fire you. Drag it out and make it ugly. Also. Lie about having been “vaccinated” or some other exemption. I see no moral problem lying to tyrants.
