What do I do now?

This is a local college. I just tutor - and haven't even been allowed back by our department and still only use virtual.

I immediately wrote a response to this woman's e-mail, saying I will not do it for this disease and I will fight it. I also stated how I had the disease before vaccines.

She stated all will be required, but employees first - by Dec 1! This irritates me extra because THE SEMESTER WON'T HAVE ENDED YET!

Likewise students are required by sometime in Feb - after they've started a semester!

How does that even make any logistical sense?

I'm figuring I really better look into personal tutoring on my own now. I do not want this "untested" stuff. And I'm sick of the whole premise that all is fair against COVID.

Remember that a lot of Covid testing was of low quality.

Don’t assume you gained much immunity unless you actually got sick from Covid.

However, vaccination was long done successfully using impaired viruses.

If you got over an illness caused by an unimpaired virus your natural immunity should be considered ample unless scientifically proved otherwise.

It is my belief that Covid vaccination is generally a good idea for people 25 years of age or older.

It is also my belief that males should probably prefer the J&J vaccine (to avoid muscle problems) and females should probably prefer an mRNA vaccine (to avoid blood clotting issues) (maybe preferably the Moderna since Israel has had so many breakthrough infections despite using the Pfizer). This is my personal lay opinion. Professional medical advice is best.

Sounds like the college is prepared to default on the education that the students have paid for. They should organize and complain in numbers, , through student government. You should stick to your guns, and make them fire you, in writing, stating their cause of termination And if flyers start showing up on bulletin boards, advising students to contact student government about tution refunds, you don’t know anything about it.

There’s a requirement that the “employment and a place of employment” be “free from recognized hazards that are causing or are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to his employees.”

No Covid vaccine used in the USA is “free from recognized hazards that are causing or are likely to cause death or serious physical harm.”

It is my understanding that all Covid vaccines marketed in the USA have killed at least one person.

I personally believe Covid vaccines are worth the risk for those persons now recommended to get them (mainly because their really serious side effects probably are due to the spike protein and probably also come with a Covid infection), but they are not “free from recognized hazards that are causing or are likely to cause death or serious physical harm”.

Employer Covid vaccination mandates might be beneficial but they seem to be illegal.

The text “employment and a place of employment” is meant to be broadly inclusive and to extend to all aspects of “employment” including those not physically present at the “place of employment”.

The term “free” is an absolute term and does not admit of any exception.

Perhaps employers such as hospitals could offer their now unvaccinated staff testing before vaccination, to get reference levels, and at say post-vaccination day 1, 2, 4, 8, 16 and 32 with complete blood counts to monitor platelet levels (and D-dimer and platelet factor 4 testing as medically indicated).

For a male getting an mRNA vaccine, perhaps weighing yourself and getting urine and serum creatine tests at about the same times as well to permit muscle impact to be determined.

Object if that is your choice—practical, medical, or religious grounds. Or, offer to get it once an approved vaccine is available. Consider that there are only experimental vaccines presently available. The one approved is not available yet. The experimental alternative is different. Ultimately, let them fire you, then sue for wrongful termination, etc. Don’t make it is, don’t cower, don’t quit. Stand your ground like an American.

At my work, they are still getting details from the Biden Regime in terms of how to implement this.

The option of not getting jabbed is the weekly testing.

I am “conspiratorial”. What if they jack up the PCR cycle threshold to 45 and anything will be positive. They will quarantine me into a FEMA camp, put me on a ventilator. Voila! I am dead of COVID.

The FEMA camp is a cockroach motel. You won’t come out alive.

There is no way a job as a tutor, or any other job for that matter, would be worth the risk of long term injury from a vaccine which was never tested with a control group. The risk of this virus to those under 65 is nearly negligible and the risk of the virus to the those under 50 may be less than the immediate risk of the vaccine. The job market is now better than ever with a multitude of other opportunities. Please don’t give in to the coercion.

I know of a company in Houston that issued the vaccine mandate recently and has already lost quite a few employees as result.

I have had two placement agencies contact me about filling a position there recently. Both times, they named all of these benefits and then in their “small print voices” they told me the company requires that you work in-person at their building (not a show-stopper for me) and be fully vaccinated.

Both times, that is the point where I’ve said “No thanks.”

I suspect they’re getting a lot of similar responses.

It’s far too dangerous to think about having the ‘vaccine.’

You have 2 months - I’ve been reading that you allow them to fire you rather than get the vax. I’ll post some legal resources - there are two large lists and off hand, I can only think of where one of them is.

If you read this link, they’ve identified known toxins in the ‘vaccine’ and are filing for an injunction to stop vaccinating the military. Ithink this may snowball.

I would try to go for an exemption (medical or religious). You’ve already had COVID and recovered, so you have acquired immunity. And this kind of immunity is even better than what you might get from the vaccines.
