Wow! Only ONE Democrat opposes what clearly legalizes murder. NO ONE can deny that a viable fetus - which can be several months before birth - is an independent human being and not part of its mother’s body. And this from the party of “science”?

First, a representative sponsors a bill. The bill is then assigned to a committee for study. If released by the committee, the bill is put on a calendar to be voted on, debated or amended. If the bill passes by simple majority (218 of 435), the bill moves to the Senate.

The deceptively named Women’s Health Protection Act passed in a 218-211 vote with one Democrat joining Republicans in voting against it. No Republicans supported the pro-abortion legislation.

Btw, the Scot is hears an abortion case in December. They are panicking. If RvW is ruled even with limits, states get to decide, a leftist bill would be DOA even if the Senate fell and Biden signed it.
