An unbiblical solution.

Even God did not wipe man from the face of the earth. And He knew everything we were ever going to do.

“And He knew everything we were ever going to do.’

Nothing ever catches God by surprise; He knows everything that’s going to happen to us. As the Psalmist wrote, “His understanding has no limit” (Psalm 147:5).

Why, then, doesn’t He intervene and keep evil things from happening to us? This isn’t an easy question to answer; God is far greater than we are, and His wisdom is far greater than ours. He also sees the whole picture, while we see only a small part.

God created and gave to mankind the gift of free will — the gift of choice. He could easily have made us like robots programed to do His every bidding, but he didn’t, because He made us for the purpose of relationship and Love, both of which are only possible in a world where we have to power to choose.

And choice can be good or bad. But it is ours. And man has not exactly proven his worth over the couple of thousand years we have been consistent with perpetuation rather than preservation. And it seems the animals end up with the worse condition the more we go along as the option switches from good or bad to a dilemma the more we help it.
