What’s the over/under that Sussmann gave Wikileaks the DNC emails?

I don't know about the over/under, but the chances are slim and none, and Slim just left the building.

I would actually give the Sussmann angle slightly better odds than SR being the source. I retired from IT before the 2016 election. My take is the DNC/DNCC got hacked but decided to inject Trump into the narrative for political purposes.
