I watched most of the speech. Sounded to me like his handlers drugged him up pretty good. Didn’t hear mumbling.
Yep. Flipping through the channels, I caught about 3 minutes of his speech. What I heard ranged from “angry old man yells at clouds” to “I have a secret and I’m going to whisper it to you”.
He mumbled the first sentence. Got better after that. He tries to do the Obama minister speak thing, but can’t pull it off.
