It was only a 12-second clip, and he stumbled his way through it. If that was typical of his whole speech, the criticism is warranted; if it was a momentary and isolated slip-up, not so much.

I’ve observed that the Hoft Brothers at Gateway Pundit frequently over-exaggerate most of his gaffes and presentations (I hate him as much as anybody).
