The communists ration the whiskey...
Figures...
Next they’ll have The purchase days of the week alphabetically grouped according to your last name...
Sure worked fine for gasoline shortages, as I remember...

Longer list than I expected, although over-valued brands sought after by volume drinkers, by and large.
Look if you want it that much, we've got 6 borders, ask your friends and neighbors for orders (if they're friends/neighbors, they'll cover your gas and tolls), just like we learned during the COVID Clamp-down, nobody is going to stop you if you're driving the speed limit).
Why should PA control alcohol sales? I don't think the GOV should have anything to do with distributing vices (alcohol, tobacco, gambling, prostitution, narcotics), but here we are. Until (likely not in our lifetimes) the populace wakes up, what are you going to do?

And some say those stimulus checks didn’t work. Free money plus being quarantined at home - more drinking!

Well see what total wine has, next week.

This economy is so bad. Supply chain issues everywhere due to the shit policies of the government which incentivized people to NOT work and made everything more expensive. I feel like Venezuela is coming to the USA now. Rationed goods, Biden demonizing the producers of food and threatening new controls which will likely result in capping profits so much that they produce at a loss and shut down or get nationalized. Then the food shortages begin.
Then it gets ugly. I with I'd been born 25 years earlier so I could have lived my entire life in the USA when it was the bastian of freedom and prosperity where communists were shunned. They're taking over and my last 25 years (if I live that long) look to be hard ones.

The rot had already set in when LBJ turned the US into a giant welfare state. But, yeah I get your point.

Nothing to see, here.
Move along.
Someone will be by to replace these broken chains, soon.
Oh, look! Look who’s crossing our southern border, now!
It’s actually built in to the latest Porkulus Bill....’human infrastructure’.

Re global glass shortage. In Arlington, Virginia, they now recycle glass because of this shortage and are getting $15 a ton. Less going into landfills, which is good.
A good time for the Scouts and Boys Clubs and neighborhood groups of kids to start cleaning up our streets, cities and parks again. It is good for the environment and to “ Make places, esp. Our Parks safe Again.”

Think we’ll see a return of moonshine?
I kinda hope so.

***
Due to sustained supply chain disruptions and product shortages, purchase limits of two bottles, per customer, per day were applied to certain items***
Big Brother govt. Exception to rationing: sell us your soul.
OR: just stop drinking! ...and the whole state liquor monopoly collapses! ...there's always moonshine - or Sterno.

This is the problem with State government operating it's own liquor stores: "State Stores".
"A shortage of certain alcohol brands is leaving some drinkers in low spirits; the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (PLCB)
announced this week it would begin rationing a list of popular liquor labels. "
