A bar, maybe a place to eat? Could they be on the way to get they Coofy-Jabs?
I'm sorry, but pedestrians on a roadway are pretty much just pedestrians on a roadway.
Besides, a blog said they were all locked up in FEMA camps anyway.
Did they get let out to go a-strolling on a road?
