Is there anything in American law that prohibits a state from decertifying its electors?

What I know for sure is that when Trump speaks, I listen. And wait. So many times he has been proved right since he became the 45th President. Even the Supremes may have to listen after the damage Biden and Co. have foisted on this country.

I believe the Constitution clearly states that that those matters in which the Constitution is silent fall under the purview of the states.
